主な研究と活動

久保田 俊一郎

がんは、我が国の死因の第1位であり、新規の治療法の開発が望まれている。がんが治療困難になる主な要因は、がんが転移するためである。また、抗がん剤が効かなくなる(抗がん剤耐性)ことも、がん治療が困難になる要因である。転移の機構および抗がん剤耐性の機序を明らかにすることが主な研究課題である。
